Cameras – that is what I usually lose in a cab. In case you didn’t see the update – the phone turned up at the store where I thought it might be…in a small black purse I was testing to see if the phone fit. How I left it in the purse is beyond me. Must have gotten distracted by something shiny.

I was SO excited to get my first iPhone last December.. I’d wanted one for about 5 years but kept settling for something else so I could stay with Verizon. I had it for 3 glorious weeks! It was so beautiful! I got a $50 case for it… then… I went to a concert in Philly. I know the band so I was backstage partying after the show. We all took a cab back to the hotel. It wasn’t until the next morning I realized it was missing.

I searched EVERYWHERE, called everyone… nope… it was lost forever. No insurance, and I also didn’t know about the “find my phone” apps. I was lucky the store gave me an LTE something or other to replace it. I sold that and bought another iPhone on ebay! But those few days I was w/o phone… scary!!
