Lots of options out there for me, but finally narrowed to Batchbook and Capsule – with Capsule getting the gig. All of them have pros and cons. I kept thinking why can’t some one just take the good parts of all of these and make a *killer* CRM app – guess everybody has different needs, but for me Capsule gets my vote. Just thought I would pass that on to you :)
