i&#039;ve been burning through your blog posts t catch up, but this one spurred me to comment.

maybe i&#039;m just a bumpkin out in the sticks (where the dirt floor in the mic booth makes for great acoustics) but it sounds like you communicated up front just fine...it&#039;s just that you had an end-user who expected you to do two jobs for the price of one.  that kind of client, i usually don&#039;t need.
