A generic statue of a small naked man, not to be mistaken for an “Oscar,” arrived in my PO Box yesterday!

I was one of the voices on a new documentary (“JFK: The Last Speech”) that premiered at the JFK Library in early May. One of the people interviewed in the film has a trophy company and went through the credits creating these little guys for all of the creatives on the team.

It was a complete surprise and totally made my day.

While not without cost, I am sure, this small gesture on the part of someone who had the means, will cement the project in my mind forever.

We hear it a lot – do something kind, no matter how small, and it will have a positive impact on many, including you.

Look for the doc (produced by Northern Light Productions) on select public television stations around the country starting in June.
